Satoshi Nakamoto is a person (according to other sources, a group of people) under whose pseudonym the first cryptocurrency system, Bitcoin, was developed and implemented. It was Satoshi Nakamoto who developed the initial version of the software and implemented the protocol in practice. Under this pseudonym, in 2008, information about the operating principle of a decentralized financial system with a full description of the various elements was first published on the Internet.
Attempts were made several times to find out the true identity of the person hiding under this pseudonym. But success was not achieved.
According to current data, the balance of Satoshi Nakamoto’s crypto wallet supposedly contains from 750 thousand to 1 million 100 thousand BTC, which were received for mining the first blocks. They were never used or transferred to other addresses.
