Ex-employee of a big mining pool accused his former employer of defrauding clients

This was revealed by a former Trustpool employee. The statement was made in one of the posts on Zen. Note that the post was subsequently deleted, but screenshots had already been circulated among community members.

A former employee accused Trustpool of refusing to pay him two months’ salary. Which, he claims, was the basis for the disclosure of the fraud. In the advertisement, Trustpool claims that the fees charged by the pool are the lowest in the industry: 1% versus an average of 2.5%. However, according to a former employee, this is not the case at all. The clear amount of fees paid by customers is 2.4%-2.4%. Based on the accusations made, the number of fees charged by customers began to increase in March last year. Moreover, there was no notification from Trustpool to customers. To prove the rightness of the accusations the personal correspondence with the management of the pool was made public, where the request to increase the fees for the separate group of clients was put forward.

Besides, according to the information in the correspondence, the real Trustpool’s audience is much less than 50k, which the company says.
