CleanSpark Surpasses Mining Milestones with Record Bitcoin Production

CleanSpark, a prominent name in the U.S. Bitcoin mining sector, has announced a major achievement in its operations, exceeding 17 EH/s in its hashrate and mining a record 721 bitcoins in April 2024. The Las Vegas-based company highlighted these results in their latest unaudited operations update, marking significant strides in efficiency and production, according to Cleanspark.

The deployment of advanced S21 mining machines across CleanSpark’s facilities has been instrumental in achieving these figures. CEO Zach Bradford noted the substantial improvements in operational efficiency that have been pivotal, especially following the recent bitcoin halving event which has increased transaction fees, boosting the company’s bitcoin production.

This surge in mining capacity comes at a time when the global hashrate is expected to decline, as less efficient miners cease operations. CleanSpark’s strategic advancements position it well in the competitive landscape, anticipating a beneficial correction in bitcoin’s spot price in the near future.
