Layer1 CEO sues company founder

According to allegations by the CEO of Layer1 Technologies Inc. John Harney, the founder of the mining company, Jacob Dolich, is taking advantage of a situation of uncertainty regarding his management processes to rob and own as his sole property.

The court papers against Jacob Dolich and his attorney Tobias Ebel, who also serves on the board of directors, were filed by John Harney and DGF Investments Inc. The lawsuit says the defendants intend to seize control not only of Layer 1 but also of Enigma Holding AG. Enigma’s management resigned because of the defendant’s misconduct.

Jacob Dolich and his companions intend to use the controlling stake in the Enigma company to freely make transactions for their sole benefit. They are robbing the company.

Enigma Holding is Layer 1’s sole shareholder, but there is little information about it in the public domain. The lawsuit also alleges that Dolich, along with other top managers, exchanged his securities for Enigma stock or cash. As a result, he earned $16 million.

The plaintiffs claim that the defendants are trying to convince the Layer1 collective to try to reverse the merger. However, this is untrue, as seven months have passed. The plaintiffs also point out that Jacob Dolich and Tobias Ebel intend to seize control not only of Layer 1 but also of Enigma.
