More than a half energy for mining is “green”

Bitcoin Mining Council informed that about 59.5% of mining energy is “green”. During the II quarter the share of such energy increased by 6%.

Moreover, almost 60% of the energy for mining companies use the electricity from renewable sources. It is interesting but implementation of such energy helps to increase the efficiency of mining. For example, it rose by 46% in comparison to 2021.

More than one year ecological sources have a half of all the value. According to the word of the head of MicroStrategy it is rather difficult to find such a clean and efficient business. In addition, it was noticed that mining generated only 0.09% from the world’s spoiled pollution.

Earlier there was information that Sweden is going to ban access to energy resources for miners because of industrial plants demands. However it is possible only in the case of lack of resources.
