In Uzbekistan are going to discuss a draft of registration rules for miners

According to the regulation only companies will be allowed to mine crypto assets using the photovoltaic power plants for producing the electricity.

Miners will be able to attach to the central network with a separated counter. The fee will be calculated including surcharges and increasing coefficients depending on the time period.

All miners must be registered in the National agency of promising projects and get the certificate for 12 month cost of $553. Each mining company will have to submit to the regulator reports about all transactions and to work using the photovoltaic power plant by the address specified at the registration.

To receive the mining license a company should submit the application, demand documents, list of cryptocurrencies and the crypto wallets addresses. All the assets that will be mined do not need taxes paid unlike other miner’s income. Mining of anonymous tokens is banned.

The draft was represented for public discussion which will end on the 9 of July.
