Hive will announce annual reporting at the end of February

The famous BTC miner has announced that the 3 and 9-month periods report of last year will be due at the end of this month. The document was filed with the B.C. Securities Commission and included a request to stop trading before the announcement.

Canadian law provides for filing by Feb. 14. Hive argued the postponement was because one of its divisions in Europe had received a tax notice. Thus, the data will be submitted by February 28.

Under local law, the company faces a $149 fine and may also receive a cease trade order. Hive securities added 8.9% on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Recall that in the fall BTC miner reported a positive balance sheet without debts, staying one of the few participants in the field of mining, which managed to maintain a stable financial position.
