On June 27, authorities arrested 27-year-old Bryan Thola of Canyon Country after an investigation revealed he was in possession of the stolen equipment. The computers, valued at approximately $579,000, were found in Thola’s cargo van and a public storage unit, according to Foxla.

Thola has been booked at the LAPD’s Van Nuys Jail and faces charges for receiving stolen property. The investigation is ongoing, and the authorities are urging anyone with additional information to come forward. 

The incident highlights the ongoing issue of theft in the cryptocurrency mining industry, where high-value equipment is often targeted by criminals.
