Tether Unveils Moria, an Innovative Bitcoin Mining Software with Future Energy Solutions

 Tether‘s CTO Paolo Ardoino has revealed details about Moria, a groundbreaking Bitcoin mining software. The announcement follows Tether‘s commitment to enhancing BTC mining hardware, according to bitcoinist.

Ardoino emphasized the software’s novelty by naming its orchestrator module Ork. He pointed out the current market lacks customizable cloud-based Bitcoin mining trackers with deep-level orchestration. In response, Moria is designed to fill this gap.

Moria is more than a mining solution. Its architecture, based on the Holepunch system, is planned for scalability and modularity. It will collect data from various device types and analyze it using AI prediction models. Ardoino’s vision includes optimizing Bitcoin mining with real-time data analysis.

But Moria has bigger goals. Once the Bitcoin mining part is implemented, the software will extend to energy production. Ardoino highlighted future capabilities like managing solar panels and wind mills, aligning with Tether‘s sustainable mining initiatives in Uruguay and El Salvador.

The software’s scalability allows for accommodating even tens of millions of devices, a feature Ardoino proudly mentioned. With 30+ modules and growing, Moria’s trajectory is marked with excitement.

Set against Tether‘s Q2 2023 profit nearing a billion dollars and active participation in mining, this announcement confirms the company’s dedication. They are investing excess reserves in sustainable Bitcoin mining.
