U.S. Miners Now Control a Record 28.9% of Bitcoin Network
According to JPMorgan data, U.S.-listed Bitcoin miners now control 28.9% of the global network hashrate, marking a record high. Their collective power has increased by 70% year-to-date.
This significantly outpaces the overall network’s growth of 33% during the same period. Operational efficiency and capacity expansion have enabled U.S. companies to surpass international competitors.
Experts note that the growth of the U.S. share in mining strengthens the country’s position in the global crypto industry and attracts more investment into the sector.
