Soluna Expands Hosting to 123MW: Dorothy 2 Project

Soluna Holdings (SLNH) has announced the expansion of its Bitcoin hosting capacity to 123MW through Project Dorothy 2. By incrementally adding 48MW, the facility reaches a new milestone, consolidating Soluna’s status as a leading “green” operator. The project’s framework relies on wind power and proprietary systems for reducing peak loads.

According to published timelines, the first 18MW phase will be finalized by the end of this quarter, with the remaining 30MW to follow within the next six months. Analysts estimate Soluna’s annual revenue could hit $25 mln upon completion. Management highlights a fully renewable energy source strategy to lower the company’s carbon footprint.

This expansion underscores the firm’s commitment to eco-friendly solutions. Industry observers note that such initiatives indicate a push to minimize reliance on fossil fuels while still yielding strong returns. Soluna hopes Dorothy 2’s success will draw additional partners and investors.
