BitFuFu Receives 2000 S21 XP, Set for March 2025 Deployment

BitFuFu has officially announced the arrival of 2000 S21 XP miners, originally ordered in November 2024. The shipment is bound for a scalable facility in Oklahoma, where commissioning of the new hardware is scheduled for early March 2025. According to company estimates, this move will further solidify BitFuFu’s standing among top-tier Bitcoin mining operators.

Hardware vendors and associated contractors highlight the strong demand for S21 XP units, attributed to their energy efficiency and design improvements over previous generations. BitFuFu aims to expand its share in the overall hashrate by offering not only self-mining but also colocation services. Company filings indicate that these new machines can operate at reduced overhead, ensuring consistent performance and output.

Industry experts suggest that acquiring such a substantial number of next-generation rigs will grant BitFuFu a strategic edge. With the firm’s infrastructure expanding, many observers project that over the next six months, the organization will produce higher Bitcoin yields, partly due to the region’s favorable power costs.
