Cango: 90% on S19XP Hyd – A Strategic Fleet

Cango Inc. has revealed that 90% of its mining rigs consist of Bitmain’s S19XP Hyd. These liquid-cooled units offer extended lifespan and help reduce risks of overheating or costly repairs. According to the finance department, installing the new systems cut average operating expenses by 12%.

Cango’s hashrate already stands at 32 EH/s, with further increases anticipated soon. Observers note that deploying a uniform fleet simplifies maintenance and accelerates firmware updates. This approach can significantly boost overall mining efficiency, especially as network difficulty grows.

Company engineers estimate that liquid cooling can extend chip longevity by 20–30% compared to air-based alternatives. This matters even more in the race against other industry giants, where every fraction of a percent in efficiency can impact profitability. Over the coming quarters, Cango plans to double down on hydro-cooled solutions and maintain a standardized fleet approach.
