Nano Labs Prepares PoG System with Mandatory Eco-Audits

Nano Labs has announced a new Proof-of-Green (PoG) protocol focused on rigorous energy consumption verification. Any participant seeking “green” tokens must submit independent audit reports on their renewable energy usage every two months. Nano Labs believes this approach will deter fraud and confirm genuine environmental benefits.

Developers are in talks with three major certification bodies to ensure data authenticity. PoG will accumulate special points that convert into unique ESG tokens, tradable on Nano’s proprietary blockchain.

Initial pilots are expected in six countries by Q3 2025. Nano Labs leadership calls the initiative one of the most ambitious in green crypto solutions, aiming to dominate the eco-mining niche.
