Head of Mining Hotel in Irkutsk Fined 300,000 Rubles for Land Misuse
In Irkutsk, the head of a mining hotel was fined 300,000 rubles for misusing land intended for housing and communal services by offering mining services. The land was used to provide cryptocurrency mining services instead of its designated purpose.
The prosecutor’s office identified the violation and initiated an administrative offense case. Following intervention by regulatory authorities, the entrepreneur amended the Unified State Register of Real Estate to legitimize the land’s use for business activities.
