Bitdeer Announces New Line of Air-Cooled and Hydro-Cooled Mining Chips to Compete with Bitmain

Bitdeer has unveiled a new line of mining chips featuring air and liquid cooling, aimed at directly competing with Bitmain. The new chips promise to enhance mining efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

According to Bitdeer, their chips achieve an energy efficiency of 17.5 J/TH, which is 12% better than leading models on the market. Mass production is expected to begin in Q1 2025, with pre-orders already exceeding $200 million.

This strategic development could shift the balance of power in the mining equipment industry, offering miners more efficient and cost-effective solutions.
