Rhodium signs 10-year lease for Texas data center

Rhodium Enterprises has signed a 10-year lease for its data center in Temple, Texas, indicating the company’s plans to expand its capacity. The lease includes plans to increase capacity to 225 MW through a three-phase construction plan.

The first phase of construction has already been completed, providing the company with 50 MW of operational capacity. In the future, as the data center expands, Rhodium plans to significantly increase production volumes, backed by long-term energy supply contracts with Shell Energy.

This move demonstrates the company’s strategic focus on long-term growth and infrastructure development despite challenging market conditions and financial difficulties.
