CleanSpark increased hashrate by 187%, reaching 27.6 EH/s in 2024

CleanSpark, one of the leading players in the cryptocurrency mining industry, achieved an impressive 187% increase in hashrate during fiscal year 2024, reaching 27.6 EH/s. This significant growth was driven by major investments in expanding the company’s mining operations and upgrading equipment. Over the year, CleanSpark also added new capacity across several U.S. states.

In September 2024, CleanSpark mined 493 bitcoins, reflecting a surge in production, supported by the deployment of new miners and the expansion of existing facilities. The company successfully recovered 95% of its operational capacity after the disruption caused by Hurricane Helene, which had temporarily halted its operations.

Additionally, CleanSpark plans to expand further to 50 EH/s by 2025, positioning itself for even greater growth and market leadership in the cryptocurrency mining sector.
