Bitmain Unveils $280/T Kaspa Miner

Bitmain, a leading manufacturer in the cryptocurrency mining industry, has announced a spot sale for its flagship ANTMINER KS5 Series. The series, which includes the KS5 and KS5 Pro models, is specifically designed for mining Kaspa (KAS) and is being touted as the “King Miner of Kaspa in the Market.” according to BITMAINtech.

The KS5 model offers a hash rate of 20 TH/s with a power consumption of 3,000W, achieving an efficiency of 150J/T. Meanwhile, the KS5 Pro boasts a slightly higher hash rate of 21 TH/s with a power consumption of 3,150W, maintaining the same efficiency of 150J/T.

The sale begins on August 26th at 10:00 AM EST, with a promotional price of only $280 per terahash, a deal that is expected to attract significant attention from miners worldwide. Shipping for the KS5 and KS5 Pro units is set to start on October 15th.
