Bit Digital Strikes New Deals with KaboomRacks: 19 MW and up to 40% Profit Share
Bit Digital is rapidly reallocating its mining fleet after losing hosting capacity at Coinmint’s facilities. According to the latest reports, the company signed two agreements with KaboomRacks covering 19 MW. KaboomRacks will receive between 19.75% and 40% of net mining profits. This arrangement aims to distribute risks and benefits more flexibly between both parties.
Analysts note that by early 2025, Bit Digital faced an urgent need to relocate a significant portion of its hardware, as certain contracts in previous centers were not renewed. The firm’s realized hash rate dropped to 1.59 EH/s during the transition. Modern miners will be deployed at KaboomRacks locations, which is expected to restore lost capacity and increase efficiency.
Bit Digital representatives emphasize that partnering with KaboomRacks offers not only hosting but also service support for repairs and upgrades. As a result, the company aims for long-term expansion despite fierce competition in the Bitcoin mining industry.
