Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) suggests that full-scale Bitcoin adoption may take 20–30 years. Currently, only 5–10% of the global population uses crypto, but by the end of that timeframe, penetration could reach 100%. The forecast stems from growing awareness, technological advancement, and improved infrastructure.

Analysts note user numbers roughly double every 5–7 years, as rising hash rates reduce costs and enhance network reliability. By the 2030s, adoption could surpass 15%, then grow exponentially. Expanded education, legal frameworks, and infrastructure will ensure a seamless rollout.
