HIVE Digital Begins Construction of 100 MW Mining Facility in Paraguay

HIVE Digital has announced the commencement of construction on a new 100 MW mining facility in Paraguay. This move marks the company’s entry into its fourth international market and the expansion of its global footprint.

The first 30 MW of capacity are expected to come online in early Q2 2025, with full operation by Q3. HIVE’s total hashrate will reach 12.5 EH/s upon project completion, doubling the company’s current capacity.

Paraguay was chosen due to the availability of renewable energy sources and favorable mining conditions. HIVE continues its expansion strategy by investing in environmentally sustainable and efficient mining operations.
