Swan Bitcoin Accuses Tether of Aiding Theft of Mining Business

In continuation of its lawsuit against former employees, Swan Bitcoin has accused Tether of facilitating a hostile takeover. According to Swan Bitcoin, Tether issued a “default notice” that was used to legitimize the transfer of its mining business to the competing company Proton Management.

Swan Bitcoin believes that Tether’s actions have harmed its financial position and competitiveness in the market. The company asserts that without Tether’s support, the former employees would not have been able to execute their plans.
