Russia Establishes the Institute for Crypto Industry Development

Organizers of Crypto Summit, one of Russia’s largest industry forums, have announced the creation of the autonomous non-profit organization “Institute for Crypto Industry Development.” The new entity is designed as a permanent center of expertise representing the professional community and fostering structured engagement with government authorities.

The Institute aims to consolidate industry knowledge, develop proposals on digital asset regulation, and promote blockchain-based solutions. Its priorities include shaping the professional agenda, contributing to standards development, and strengthening dialogue between businesses and relevant state agencies.

Founding members include active market participants such as Algorithm LLC, TRUE TECH TEAM LLC, the Russian Association of Crypto Industry and Blockchain (RACIB), DINTEG LLC, and other industry representatives.

The launch of the Institute marks a natural extension of Crypto Summit’s longstanding role as a platform for ongoing dialogue between the crypto industry and policymakers.
