CleanSpark Inc.,  revealed their recent purchase of Antminer S21 bitcoin mining machines. These machines, renowned as the most efficient in the market, are set to join the company’s fleet by January 2024, according to prnewswire.

Due to its impressive efficiency rate of 17.5 joules per terahash (J/TH), the S21 surpasses the XP by almost 20%, making it the current leader in bitcoin mining technology. By integrating the S21, CleanSpark aims not only to enhance its mining capacity but also to significantly cut down energy costs per bitcoin. CEO Zach Bradford expressed the company’s dedication to employing state-of-the-art mining tech, highlighting how it fortifies their position in the global mining arena.

By securing these machines on favorable terms, including a 20% seller-financed deal of the total price, the company has set itself up for reduced power consumption and improved margins. Once fully operational, the fleet’s average efficiency is projected to reach 23.5 J/TH, marking a substantial 17.25% improvement from its current efficiency.
