BTC-miner CryptoBlox acquired a company that specializes in liquid cooling

It became known that CryptoBlox Technologies acquired CryptoTherm – a company that develops technology for liquid equipment for mining cooling. 

According to CryptoBlox, it intends to use the immersion cooling developed by CryptoTherm for its cryptocurrency mining business. In addition, the purchased company will get resources to develop sales of immersion pods, hardware, containers, and special liquids. 

The deal involves the issue of 400 million shares of CryptoTherm, and the entire value of the contract is estimated at 20 million. CryptoBlox believes that with the help of immersion cooling, it will be able to strengthen its position in the market. 

CryptoTherm is the most strategic investment and we believe that such a move will expand our direction in cryptocurrency mining. 

The other side is also extremely positive. CryptoTherm CEO Austin Bank expressed his willingness to bring the two companies together. 

We can complement each other’s strengths to achieve even greater success. 

CryptoBlox is now in the process of launching a facility in Canada. The facility is planned to be operational within six months.
