Bitmain S19K Pro Outshines XP: Luxor CPO Weighs In

Guzman Pintos, CPO at Luxor, recently highlighted the superiority of Bitmain S19K Pro over its competition. According to Pintos, the S19K Pro offers a more cost-effective solution. It is 40% cheaper, achieves a comparable hashrate, and promises efficiency especially when paired with LuxOS, according to guzmanpintos.

Moreover, this model boasts notably better thermals, which plays a crucial role in extending its lifespan and enhancing its over-clocking potential. Transitioning to future predictions, Pintos strongly believes that the K Pro will soon surpass the XP. One of its strengths lies in the reduced number of chips per hashboard, ensuring improved cooling and thermal efficiency.

In contrast, Pintos points out the frailties of the XP. Describing them as “too delicate,” he suggests that they don’t offer much room for over-clocking.
